Assignment (9/28/16): Should the agriculture industry be forced to reduce water usage by 25% as well?

After you read the article, your job is to come up with both pro and con arguments to the question stated above. You will write one argument on each note card. Each note card is worth one point. 8 pro and 8 con arguments will equal 16 points or 100%. You are encouraged to make more cards, but you won't get extra credit. You will however, be in better shape to win your debate!
